  • Matko and Dijana are wonderfull hosts, frendly, helpful and make you feel at home. The appartment is super. Everything you could wish is there - like at home!. We stayed with two couples in the appartment and decide to change our route with the car and return for two more nights before we fly back from Split airport to Holland. Stobrec is a small town close to Split, with a nice Boulevard/harbour/beach. You will find a lot of good restaurants here for an reasonable price. The see front is just a nice walk from the appartment. Strongly recommended!

  • We stayed there for 4 days. The hosts are really nice and try to provide everything you need. The Apartment was very clean and well equipped.The location is quiet. We would definitely visit it again.

  • Von Anfang an hat alles super funktioniert und wir wurden erstaunlich herzlich von den sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, schön eingerichtet und ist nur fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Auch das Zentrum von Split erreicht man gut und schnell via PKW oder Bus. In Stobrec selber gibt es darüber hinaus viele gute Restaurants direkt am Meer. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal und können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen.

  • Just returned to the UK after a week at Matko's apartment. New,clean,tidy and well equipped accommodation, everything you could want. Matko and his wife treated us like family, gave us help with anything we needed. We felt like we were at home. The apartment is located as described, close to shops,bars,restaurants and beaches. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing,stress free break :-)

  • Very polite host, they were at our disposal whenever we needed help or to ask them something. The place was nice and clean, within a 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and harbour. I would recommend this for my family and friends. Thank you for the hospitality, maybe next time we can drink rakija together. Take care.

Croatia is a Central European and Mediterranean country, bordering Slovenia in the west, Hungary in the north, Serbia in the east and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the south; the country also has a long maritime border with Italy in the Adriatic Sea. These borders total 2,028 km altogether.

Croatia has an unusual shape (similar to a croissant) that is unlike any other country in the world, which is as a result of five centuries of expansion by the Ottoman (Turkish) empire towards Central Europe. Croatia covers a land area of 56,691 square kilometres and has a population of about 4.29 million people (2011 census). Almost 90% of the population is Croat (the majority of whom are Roman Catholics) and there are also Serbian, Bosnian, Hungarian and Italian minorities.

With your host Dijana, go on trip to Herzegovina and experience a wild horse safari! An adventurous park with transport of jeeps. Enjoy on mountains with organized rich traditional bosnian lunch of local specialties.

want to explore wild horses lifefrom first hand? near by split, around 1 hour and 15 minutes with car there is a small town Livno in hercegovina. on mountain Krug by the livno there is a life speace for few houndred horses (cca 500). trip to mountain is with SUVs on road with breathtaking wiew. when you came close to horses its very easy to take a photo or couddle them becouse they dont fear of people.

Your guide will tell you a story about them and short story about all livno region. picnic launch is also included with domestic bosnian food and with free drink. after that, i will drive you on raspberry farm where you will have a short presentation about raspberry product so you will can taste them and buy. in period from 20.6 to 20.7 its very exciting becose its raspberry season.
